Advertiser Terms & Conditions

  1. Ad Placement & Duration

All advertising placements on FavoriteEateries.com are subject to availability and approval. Ads run for a minimum of two (2) consecutive weeks unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  1. Pricing & Payment

All advertising rates and design fees are listed on the website and are subject to change. Payment is due in full prior to the start of the ad run unless otherwise approved. Failure to submit payment may result in delayed or canceled placement.

  1. Ad Design & Creative Requirements

Advertisers may provide their own banner ads, provided they meet FavoriteEateries.com’s design specifications.
Design fees apply if:

  • The advertiser does not supply banner ads, or
  • Submitted ads do not meet required specifications and require modification or redesign.
  1. Ad Approval

FavoriteEateries.com reserves the right to approve, reject, or request revisions to any advertisement at its sole discretion. Ads must comply with all applicable laws and may not contain misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content.

  1. Content Responsibility

Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their ads, including any claims, offers, or promotions. FavoriteEateries.com is not responsible for errors in advertiser-supplied materials.

  1. Changes & Cancellations

Requests for changes to ad content must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional fees. Cancellations must be received before the scheduled start date. Once an ad has begun running, no refunds will be issued.

  1. Placement & Performance

Ad placement location and visibility are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. FavoriteEateries.com does not guarantee impressions, clicks, or conversions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

FavoriteEateries.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage related to advertising placements, including technical issues or temporary site outages.

  1. Modifications to Terms

FavoriteEateries.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued advertising constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
