The recalled “Needle Mushrooms” were distributed to Bally Produce Corp. located at 4900 Maspeth Ave, Maspeth, NY 11378, and were sold to DATANG SUPERMARKET INC. The product comes in a 200-gram, clear plastic packaging on the top and blue (non-transparent) on the bottom. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
