Shopping List and Measurements:
- Live Blue Crabs – can be found at your local seafood or asian market
- Corn on the cobb – sweet yellow
- J.O seasoning – regular or hot to season the crabs while steaming
- Budweiser Beer, two 25oz cans
- 1-2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup old bay seasoning to season the beer bath Steam pot with tray (seen in video)

J.O. #2 seems to be a favorite, but any crab house seasoning will do just fine. You can Ice the crabs to help prevent losing claws. It happens with light crabs. We layer in our crabs biggest and heaviest to smallest and lightest. Place pot on burner. Once pot starts to steam turn down the heat to low and cook for 15-20 mins. I like to check after 15 mins.
