Spoiler: it doesn’t. We’re juggling a full room, a backed-up kitchen, and everyone’s “quick question.” Most issues go way smoother with basic politeness and a little patience, but I’m amazed by how many guests skip straight to frustration.

Please be kind to restaurant staff.

I really love what you're trying to do here. I haven't had great experiences using other review websites; many seem to have a lot of unreliable and paid reviews.

I love that you all focus on video reviews by trusted content creators, so we can see the people who leave the reviews. Also, I think it was brilliant to use AI to generate general restaurant recommendations.

I'm excited to see your online community grow and improve.
